Why We Chose Hestia

When we named our company HestiaAi, it wasn’t just because it sounded poetic or powerful. We named it after Hestia, the Greek goddess of the hearth, the keeper of the flame that made a house feel like home. While other gods fought for thrones and sky, Hestia tended the fire that gave warmth, light, and belonging. Her power wasn’t in conquest; it was in constancy.

In mythology, she was the only Olympian everyone trusted- because she served the hearth of all people.  That image stayed with me.
In an era where technology moves faster than trust, I wanted to build a company that honored steadiness, warmth, and wisdom. Hestia reminds us that progress without foresight isn’t progress at all,  that the point of innovation is to make life more human, not less.
That’s the flame we built our company around.

The Flame and the Field
Before founding HestiaAi, I spent years in the NCR Voyix channel, working with IT Resellers, ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), CCP's (Credit Card Processors), and MSPs (Managed Service Providers) across the country.
My specialty wasn’t software- it was people.
I helped my partners recruit, onboard, and train top-tier sales talent. I learned what makes a sales ecosystem thrive- not just quotas or territory maps, but culture: teaching reps to ask the right questions, listen with intent, and build trust that lasts longer than a contract.
I loved the field because that’s where the truth lives. I’ve seen the best of the channel: those rare owners and reps who treat every client like a neighbor, who see selling as an act of service.
But I also saw something else: the burnout.
The talent drain.
The frustration of people who loved the craft but were being buried by noise, admin work, and unrealistic expectations combined with limited product updates.
It wasn’t the people that were broken. It was the system.

The Spark That Started HestiaAi
That realization became a kind of moral ignition.
If we were entering a new industrial revolution - one powered by AI instead of steam - then we needed a different kind of fire at the center. One that kept people connected, honest, and human.
I didn’t want to build just another tech company.
I wanted to build a hearth - a place where warmth meets wisdom.
That’s how HestiaAi was born:
an ecosystem of tools designed to serve the human spirit of work, not extract from it.

Meet Zora The Huntress
Our first creation, Zora (Zero-day Outreach Relationship Agent) is the embodiment of that philosophy.
Zora is an AI voice sales agent trained to make hundreds of calls a day: not as a replacement for humans, but as a force multiplier for them. She handles the repetition, the scheduling, the follow-ups; all the things that drain human energy.
But the most important thing about Zora is what she won’t do.
She will never lie.  If she doesn’t know something, she’ll say “I’m not 100% sure but I will find out for you, so that I can make sure I get what you are looking for, would you mind explaining to me why it’s important to your business.” That’s not a bug… it’s her soul.
Because at HestiaAi, trust isn’t a value; it’s the product.
And Zora was built with that first principle in mind: she’s designed not to pretend. That single rule changes everything. It means businesses can scale without sacrificing honesty. It means customers can talk to AI without feeling manipulated.
And it means sales teams can get back to what humans do best - building relationships. That’s Hestia’s flame, coded into a new form.

What the Channel Taught Me
The NCR Voyix ecosystem taught me more about human nature than any book ever could.
I saw the quiet dignity of resellers who carried entire client networks on their backs.
I saw MSPs who cared more about integrity than upsell.
And I saw how fragile those relationships became when bad data, overpromising vendors, or pressure from the top started eroding trust.
Those experiences shaped the DNA of HestiaAi.
Because I know that behind every invoice, every quote, every “deal,” there’s a person trying to do right by someone else.
That’s the human layer I never want AI to replace; the warmth, the loyalty, the pride of craftsmanship that built the channel long before Counterpoint ever existed.

Why It All Matters
We’re living through a moment of transition, not just a technological one, but a moral one too.
Every few generations, the world rewrites its definition of progress.

But if we’re not careful, we’ll automate away the very things that made work meaningful in the first place.

That’s why we built HestiaAi … to make sure the next revolution still has a heart.
To design systems that illuminate, not isolate.
To build products that strengthen trust instead of eroding it.

At the end of the day, we’re not trying to lead the industry in speed or scale.
We’re trying to lead it back to something sacred:
the hearth; the place where people come together to share warmth, truth, and purpose.

The hearth is still burning.
We’re just building it in code now.
Call us and see how we can be of service
